Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing clients and explore new clients for our business .
  • Maintain relationships with partners via in-person / remote meetings and discussions
  • Manage client correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Represent the company in events, conferences as per the need.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for the clients.

  1. English proficiency to communicate with clients.
  2. Good understanding of research methods and business strategy development.
  3. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  1. Sound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools
  2. Sound knowledge of lead generation process

  • Oversee all internal and external communications for a company.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to manage internal and external operations.
  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful completion of respective duties.
  • Planning and conducting internal team meetings for smooth operational executions.
  • Managing the assigned client portfolios, internal project portfolios and email management platforms.
  • Recording and maintaining client data in respective CRM tools.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop digital media content. Developing content for social and digital media, and the company website.
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

  1. Advance English level
  2. 3+ year of experience in related Industry
  3. Bachelors Degree (Business and Administration)
  4. Strong Research and Communication Skills
  1. Experienced to work on Project Management Tools
  2. Experienced to work on Scheduler Tools
  3. Experienced to work on Email Management Systems
  4. Experienced to manage Brand's Social Media Accounts
