The application used to take more time to load and respond to customer requests. DIVSYNC made the process smoother and ensured that the application was well navigated, leading to the desired end state of customer service.

Challenges
Easy Move is an ambitious relocation-based project. Inspired by the growth of the relocation industry, Easy Move aims to bring ease and convenience of booking and getting the work done. It was not only implementing a simple relocation application but developing ambitious plans with a visual interface. It’s not about reading and spending time, With Ease of Move, quick CTA’s, and saving time of a user was the priority.
